About Us
ALICANTO is a Luxembourg based umbrella SICAV established on 4 July 2016. It is a multi-compartment investment, harmonized in accordance with the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 which incorporates the European Directive n° 2009/65 / EC of 13 July 2009 concerning collective investments - UCITS IV ("Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities") - authorized for distribution in Italy.
The assets of each sub-fund are completely segregated from those of the others and the individual sub-funds invest in different combinations of financial instruments according to their specific investment policies and consistently with distinct risk / return objectives. Each sub-fund can be subscribed both by institutional investors and by retail investors who subscribe their specific reserved classes of shares.
