Stefano Giovannetti
He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and asset management industry, both traditional (UCITS) and alternative (HF, FOHF, PE, VC). Since 2013 he is Director of the law firm Bonn Steichen & Partners. Previously he had over 10 years of experience as a senior manager in leading companies providing services for the structuring of investment solutions.

Antonello Senes
A qualified lawyer, in Italy and in Luxembourg, he has gained over 20 years of experience in large multinational companies with roles of responsibility in various international contexts. Since 2008 he has been working in law firms and since 2012, he is founder and managing partner of Justlex. As part of the legal profession, he has specific skills in the financial field (Investment Funds, Real Estate, Wealth Management) and tax. He has acted as independent director and advisor for numerous Luxembourg investment vehicles (SICAR, SIF, SICAV).

Angelo Rusconi
He has over 18 years of experience in various fields of the banking and financial sector with a specific investment expertise in the corporate bond market. He joined the Group in 2009. He is General Manager of Alicanto Capital SGR. Previously he gained significant experience in the field of consulting and investment banking.
